The film started off as a one line story line for a small digital film, but slowly after getting good response the project started growing. With the help of writers like girish joshi, vibhawari deshpande the storyline got formed. Atul, the person and actor who was the first on everyone mind was approached and he gave the nod. Suhas palshikar , deepa, mukta and vidyadhar joshi also agreed on hearing the story line immediately.
The tech team of shirish desai, jagdish, mohan, geeta, salil were always going to be a part of the team The location had to be exotic, it had to be virgin, it had to be mysterious…it had to be Konkan. The core team then went across the length and breadth of Konkan and found the most beautiful locations. The scenes were then written and rewritten in the locations.
The story line and shot break down was done much in advance. For some sequences in the film professional help was taken from Dr Bhooshan Shukla. For some sequences door step school,pune also chipped in. Shivaranjani auvios, a leading studio and production house from pune then came in and gave the final support to the project by presenting the film.
The film which had started off as a small film, then with the help and support of experienced artist, technicians and friends and family has been completed as on 4 september 2004 and the post prod is in progress. The film has been shot on Kodak super 16, in sync sound. Processed at movie labs, Mumbai. Edited at sainath communication, Mumbai. Shot in guhaghar, welneshwar, palshet in Konkan.
